Privacy Policy for Uninstall Tool

Uninstall Tool never collects any personally identifiable information.

When using the app in the trial/free mode, Uninstall Tool may only connect to crystalidea.com when checking for updates (which is optional and can be turned off in the app preferences).

When checking for updates the app sends the following data to the server:

• App version (e.g. 3.7.3.5712)
• Operating system version (e.g. Windows 10 x64 (22H2))

When using activated (purchased) version, Uninstall Tool transmits some technical data to our license checking server crystalidea.license-manage.com at startup (once).

Which information is sent? To correctly validate its license, the app sends the following data to crystalidea.license-manage.com:

• License key without user name/email meaning its impersonal and cannot be used to activate the app by anyone else
• App version (e.g. 3.7.3.5712)
• Operating system version (e.g. Windows 10 x64 (22H2))
• Motherboard and CPU name (e.g. MSI MS-7C94 (AMD Ryzen 9 5900X))
